What we offer
Knowledge is the difference between AI that gathers dust and AI that moves your revenue
At Fusified we bring knowledge and craft under one roof: we build AI systems ourselves, so we train your team with real-world examples, not slides. You learn what works, where it goes wrong and how to translate it to your processes.
Our offer revolves around four building blocks. You pick what fits where your team is now, and we grow with you as you progress.
Tailored AI training
Not a generic course, but training built around your sector, your tools and your use cases. We start with one question: where do you want to grow?
EU AI Act literacy (Art. 4)
Your team learns to use AI safely, responsibly and compliantly. Concrete, testable and demonstrable to regulators.
Knowledge products
Playbooks, prompt libraries and reference material that stay alive after the training, so knowledge sticks in your organisation instead of fading away.
Industry benchmarks
Insight into how comparable companies use AI, so you know where you stand and where the gains are.
Formats
This is how you learn best
Not every team learns the same way. One wants an intensive day, another prefers short sessions alongside the work. That is why we offer several formats, always hands-on and always with your own practice as the exercise material.
In-company training
At your location or online, fully tailored to your team and your systems.
Workshops
Compact, practical sessions around a single theme, such as prompt engineering, AI agents or working safely with company data.
Prompt engineering course
Learn to write prompts that deliver reliable, repeatable results, from marketing to support to analysis.
Ongoing guidance
Not a one-off day, but growing with you: follow-up sessions, coaching and updates as the technology changes.
Who it is for
Who it is for, and at what level
Becoming AI-capable is not just something for the techies. It is precisely the mix of leadership, teams and operations that makes the difference. We match each track to level and role, so everyone learns exactly what they need.
- Leadership & management: strategy, opportunities, risks and governance. What does AI mean for your business model, and how do you steer it?
- HR & L&D: how do you roll out AI literacy across the organisation and secure compliance with the EU AI Act?
- Teams & operations: get practical: everyday tasks smarter, faster and without losing quality.
- Beginner to advanced: from "I have never opened ChatGPT" to "I want to build my own agents". Every level gets its own track.
What you take away
A difference on the floor by Monday
A training only succeeds when it makes a difference on the floor by Monday. That is what we steer on. You do not leave the session with a certificate and a vague good feeling, but with skills and material that pay off straight away.
- Concrete AI skills your team applies straight away in real work
- A demonstrable baseline of AI literacy that meets the EU AI Act (Art. 4)
- Lasting knowledge products: playbooks, prompt libraries and reference material
- A grip on risks, privacy and responsible use, so you scale up with confidence
- Clarity on where the biggest time and growth gains sit in your processes

Measurable
From training to measurable growth
Learning is the beginning, not the goal. We tie every training to what it delivers: less manual work, faster turnaround, better output. Up front we agree on what we steer on, so afterwards you can show what it returned.
And because we build AI systems ourselves, it does not stop at the training. Does your team run into a process you want to automate or a knowledge assistant you want to set up? Then we forge that bridge between learning and building. That way knowledge becomes not a cost, but an engine for growth.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about AI training
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among everyone who uses or deploys AI systems on their behalf. In concrete terms: your staff need enough knowledge and skills to use AI responsibly, safely and with an understanding of the risks. This obligation has applied since 2 February 2025. Our AI training makes sure you meet it demonstrably.
AI literacy applies to everyone in your organisation who works with AI systems, whether that is leadership, a marketer or a customer service employee. It is not just for technical people. The EU AI Act places the responsibility on the organisation (providers and deployers) to secure this for all the staff involved.
That depends on the format, the group size and the level. A compact workshop is more accessible than an ongoing, tailored in-company programme. Because we always tune everything to your team and goals, we put together a proposal with a clear price and a concrete expected result. Plan an introduction and we will work it out for you. No. We work with tracks per level, from absolute beginner to advanced. If your team has never worked with AI, we start with the basics. If there are more advanced people, we go deeper into prompt engineering, AI agents or building your own applications. We align the content with where you stand beforehand.
An online course gives you general knowledge; we give you applicable knowledge in your context. We train with your tools, your data situation and your use cases, and because we build AI systems ourselves, we know what works in practice and where it goes wrong. On top of that, the knowledge stays alive through playbooks and guidance, instead of fading after the last video.
Yes, and that is exactly our strength. Fusified unites knowledge and craft under one roof. If you notice during the training that a process lends itself to automation, or that a knowledge assistant would save a lot of time, we pick it up right away. That way the line from learning to building to measurable growth runs on without interruption.
